The Rock Gym features over 12,000 square feet of climbing, an extensive bouldering area, and a 24' roof for lead climbing.
Located in the city of Signal Hill, The Rock Gym is the only indoor climbing center in the Long Beach area and the largest indoor climbing gym in the Los Angeles region. TRG's 12,000 square feet of climbing walls also makes it one of the largest climbing gyms in Southern California.

Hours of operation
- Monday through Thursday: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Friday: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Liability Waiver
All climbers must have a waiver on file to climb in The Rock Gym. Climbers 17 years old and younger must have a parent or guardian complete and sign their waiver before climbing in the gym. Please contact us for more details.
